Jeff Dilley, a Vietnam Veteran (69-70), and retired military officer, has been directly involved in Vietnam's transition, since 1994. As the former Chairman of the Bush 41 International Economics Issues Group, he has carried out many U.S. firms entry into Vietnam, such as Mercury Marine, while at the same time advising and assisting the Vietnam Ministries of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Industry and Trade (MOIT) and Science and Technology (S&T) in USA strategic and market coordination.
Through EXSERO SERVICES LIMITED, he has advanced the bilateral sectors of the USA and Vietnam in: construction, real estate, seafood, steel, paper, plastic, wood, furniture, distribution and promotion, and manufacturing. He has hosted numerous, both Vietnam and USA business delegations in: energy, equipment, commodities, food, and furniture, etc. The Sheraton and Sofitel Hotels exist today, due to Jeff's early efforts in HCMC and Hanoi real estate construction. He is known to the LA Port and related LA regional, economic and business entities. Jeff is a native of Milwaukee, WI, and has a MPA from the University of Pittsburgh, Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA), and he has been based in Washington, DC, since 1973, with close to a 100 business trips to Vietnam.
