Long An Energy Corporation Company Limited (LAEC) is the project company established by VinaCapital GS Energy Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) to implement the 3,000MW Long An I and II LNG-to-Power Plants project in Vietnam. The USD 2.9bn project is expected to contribute approximately VND 3,000bn annually to the local budget once operated.
