About Us

Founded in 1998, OneSky is an international non-governmental organization committed to nurturing vulnerable young children for optimal development. Collaborating with governments and local communities, OneSky has trained 75,489 caregivers over 25 years, benefiting 286,545 children in mainland China, Vietnam, Mongolia, and Hong Kong SAR. In 2017, in collaboration with the Da Nang government, OneSky established a national demonstration Early Learning Center in the Hoa Khanh Industrial Zone to exemplify best practices in early childhood care and education for 262 children of low-income factory workers annually.

In 2018, OneSky initiated the OneSky Independent Childcare Providers Training Course, a comprehensive 11-month program with 21 classroom sessions, coaching visits, and an online learning platform. Having trained over 1,500 childcare providers, OneSky has significantly improved early childhood care and education (ECCE) quality for 42,000 children in industrial parks across Da Nang, Hai Duong, Quang Nam, and Quang Ngai.

Looking forward, OneSky remains dedicated to further enhancing ECCE quality in industrial zones through expanded partnerships and scaled training initiatives across Vietnam
