About Us

Founded in 2001, Pacific Links Foundation (PALS) is an American NGO working in Vietnam to empower women and youth through improving life skills, raising self-awareness, bringing new knowledge, and opening opportunities and support networks. Our Education portfolio empowers disadvantaged youth to access education and increase economic opportunities. Our Counter-Trafficking portfolio prevents human trafficking by investing comprehensively in at-risk youth and in survivors to help them build new lives. We focus on four key areas: trafficking prevention, reintegration services for trafficking survivors, capacity-building for local partners, and advocacy. PALS partners with businesses and companies operating in Vietnam to create opportunities for disadvantaged youth and to address and prevent trafficking risks in the global supply chain.
