The Trane Company (USA) began as a family business more than a century ago. Today, Trane, a multibillion dollar global company with around 400 of branches, offices and factories globally located in many different countries is recognized worldwide for leading technology and quality products.
Emphasizing the Air Conditioning system concept, Trane also manufactures microelectronics and building management controls. With Trane’s Integrated Comfort System ICS, customer can monitor, diagnose and control a complete air conditioning systems in any kind of building.
Trane was present in Vietnam market since 1958. After the US trade embargo is lifted, the company decided to return the market by applying for setting up representative office in HCMC on January 11, 1995 and opened first office few months later. In 1998, the company opened second office in Hanoi. Trane Vietnam has been successfully promoting trade activities, seeking Vietnam-based partners, forming and developing a strong nationwide distribution network including wholesalers, construction companies, engineering contractors and consulting engineers.
To better serve growing clients across the country, Trane Vietnam has expanded activities by applying for setting up service company named Trane Vietnam Services Company Ltd by early 2001. Trane Vietnam Services Company is staffed by a team of well-trained service engineers and technicians. Trane Vietnam Services Company is responsible for all aspects of startup and commissioning, warranty support, spare parts, service and maintenance for Trane air conditioning equipment.
