Officially established in Vietnam since 1995, Unilever Vietnam has become one of the most successful businesses in the FMCG industry in Vietnam with positive contributions to the sustainable socio-economic development of the country for over 25 years. Since 2010 we have been taking action through the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan to help millions of people improve their health and well-being, halve our environmental footprint and enhance the livelihoods of millions of people as we grow our business. We have already made significant progress and continue to expand our ambition – most recently committing to ensure 100% of our plastic packaging is fully reusable, recyclable or compostable by 2025. While there is still more to do, we are proud to have been recognised as ''Leading Sustainable Development Enterprise'' by the Vietnamese Government for 4 consecutive years (2016-2019), thanks to our efforts “to make sustainable living common place”. Since 2013, the company has been voted as the “Best place to work” and the “Most favorite employer in Vietnam”, and in 2019 we received HR Asia Award for Best place to work in Asia. Unilever Viet Nam was also honored to be awarded the First, Second and Third Ranked Labor Medals in 2000, 2005 and 2010 by the President of the State.
