About Us

The V-TRAC Group is a 100% foreign owned industrial landlord offering build-to-suit factories and warehouses in prime logistical locations with prestigious highway frontage, in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 2 and near Hanoi’s Noi Bai airport. V-TRAC’s list of satisfied tenants includes some of the world’s largest industrial companies.

Established in 1993 by American investors Anthony D. Salzman and Ruby Shang, the V-TRAC Group was the first 100% foreign owned company permitted to operate a sales and maintenance business in Vietnam. V-TRAC earned its local knowledge by creating market leading distribution for top global brands such as Caterpillar construction equipment, Rolls Royce marine engines, Honda automobiles, and many others. Also, in partnership with the ANZ Banking Group, V-TRAC pioneered finance leasing in Vietnam. From 1993 to 2010 V-TRAC won kudos and respect from the Vietnamese government for its great contribution to the Nation’s development, training more than 15,000 skilled workers, and generating annual revenue exceeding USD 100 million. In 2010, V-TRAC divested its management intensive distribution businesses and restructured to focus on its property business.
