About Us

Starting out as a small Taiwanese brokerage in 1961, Yuanta Financial Holdings Corp. has expanded into a regional provider of financial services across the range of brokerage, margin finance, fund management, and investment banking (which remains our core DNA), as well as commercial banking and insurance. With operations in nine Asian countries, the Group posted net profit of US$838 million in 2021.

Fully owned subsidiary Yuanta Vietnam provides securities and derivatives services including brokerage, margin finance, underwriting, wealth management, and investor relations advisory. Our diverse base of Vietnamese and foreign clients include high-net worth individuals, mass retail investors, institutional fund managers, and corporate clients.
